Patna chapter of Institute of Marine Engineers (India) launched

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar inaugurates the Patna chapter of Institute of Marine Engineers (India) in Patna on July 11, 2009.

Speaking on the occasion Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar hoped that the institute would play a key role in river management and development of inland waterways in Bihar. " We don't have sea but there was a lot of scope for developing inland waterways", he added.
