Rail Budget: Bihar feels neglected
Former Bihar Chief Minister and Leader of Opposition in Bihar Assembly Rabri Devi said Railway Budget presented by Union Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee had neglected Bihar. The Budget had put on hold the railway projects of Rs 53, 000 crores, so painstakingly accquired for Bihar by Lalu Prasad. The Budget is silent on the fate of locomotive factories at Marhaura and Madhepura besides other scores of projects.
