A seminar on Vridho Ki Dasha Evam Yuvaon Ka Daiytwa (condtition of aged persons and responsibility of youth) was organised in Patna on July 21, 2009. Former Bihar Chief MinisterDr Jagannath Mishra was the chief guest at the seminar.
