Water crisis in Machchua Toli

Residents of Arya Kumar Road and Machchua Toli stage demonstration demanding immediate replacement of a defunct transformer of water board in Patna on July 30, 2009. The entire area has been reeling under acute water crisis for the past 48 hours.
