Bihar Governor Debananda Konwar launched the second micro insurance plan "Jeevan Mangal" of Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) in Patna on September 3, 2009."Jeevan Mangal" is a fixed term insurance policy that is maturity refundable with premimum.
