Lions Club of Patna Quest organised its 13th installation ceremony at SCADA Business Centre in Patna on October 5, 2009.Dr Vijay Kumar Savita has been elected as president of the club. Jagdish Kumar and Deepak Kumar Singh have been elected secretary and treasurer respectively.
