Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar won the hearts of the kids while particpating in a Children's Day function, organised by Kilkari in Patna on November 14, 2009. On his arrival, boys and girls presented the Bihar Chief Minister red roses. Nitish Kumar stayed their for a long time and enjoyed the cultural programmes presented by the kids. He also gave away prizes to the outstanding performers.
