Bihar Legislative Council chairman Tarakant Jha (left) and his staff members bade farewell to council deputy secretary Ramyatan Singh and two junior staff Siya Sharan and Naga Bhagat on their retirement in Patna on November 30, 2009.Speaking on the occasion council chairman Tara Kant Jha said he would take some steps for the welfare of the council employees including speedy clearance of all the retirement benefits.
