Opposition MLAs stalled proceedings in both the Houses of Bihar Assembly on Friday over police lathicharge on Lok Janashakti Party (LJP) workers in Patna on Thursday. Amid ruckus, both the Houses were adjourned without conducting any business. They wanted a debate and action against the police officials responsible for the lathicharge.
