Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi held a meeting with Bihar Chamber of Commerce and other representatives of trade bodies in Patna on January 23, 2010 in preparation for next State Budget. Speaking on the occasion, Modi said Bihar Government would launch e-return and e-filing system from April next to simplify the process of filing commercial taxes returns.
