Bihar Governor Debanand Konwar hoisted the national flag on the occasion of the 60th Republic Day at Gandhi Maidan in Patna on January 26, 2010.Speaking on the occasion, Konwar lauded the Bihar government’s efforts to streamline law and order situation in the state. He also praised government’s initiatives for ensuring growth of the state.
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and his Cabinet colleagues were present in the function.
