Lalu re-elected RJD's national president

Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad filed nomination papers for his party's national president post in Patna on January 23, 2010. It was for the 7th time since 1977, Lalu presented his credential for re-nomination as RJD's national president. As no other leader filed nomination, it was all set for Lalu Prasad to get re-elected.
