Students leaders express concern over Bihar governmnet's Coaching Institute Policy

Students leaders raised their voice over the proposed Coaching Institute policy of the Bihar government in Patna on March 24, 2010. They said before introducing the policy, there should be an open discussion between educationists and students and the policy should take care of economic aspect of Bihar students.
