Mahadalit Commission submitted its fourth report to Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar at a function in Patna on April 17, 2010.The report did not include Dusadhs (Paswans) in the list of Mahadalits but extended all facilities given to Mahadalits for improving their social, economic and education condition.
