A drama outside Bihar Assembly

67 Opposition MLAs in Bihar were suspended for unruly behaviour and marshalled out of Bihar Assembly as complete pandemonium prevailed inside and outside the Assembly in Patna on July 21, 2010. A slipper was flung at the Speaker and a woman member threw several flower pots around.

42 Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) MLAs were suspended by Assembly Speaker Uday Narayan Choudhary for the rest of the Monsoon session with both the Assembly and the Legislative council witnessing turmoil for the second straight day.

More drama was enacted outside the Legislative Council when a suspended Congress MLC Jyoti Kumari excitedly threw flower pots and created a ruckus when the watch and ward staff tried to prevent her from entering the house.
