HRD secretary holds meeting with non-teaching employees

Bihar Government's Human Resources Development (HRD) secretary Anjani Kumar Singh held a meeting with the representatives of Bihar State University and College Employees' Federation in Patna on July 14, 2010 on the the issue of strike. The talks, however, failed to bear the fruits as non-teaching employees decided to continue their strike.
