As the Opposition members have been suspended, the proceedings in Bihar Assembly went on peacefully on July 22, 2010.Talking to the scribes, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar criticised the Opposition for "transgressing the limit" in their bid to disrupt proceedings of the two Houses of the state legislature for two days .
