Bihar yet to get special package for Kosi flood disaster

Manavadhikar Sanrakshan Partisthan organised a seminar to observe the two years of Kosi flood disaster in Patna on August 18, 2010. Speaking on the occasion, former Bihar Chief Minister Dr Jagannath Mishra alleged that centre had yet to give special Kosi package of Rs 14,800 crore to Bihar that the state government had demanded.
