BJP leader and co-in-charge of Bihar affairs Dharmendra Pradhan was in Patna on August 30, 2010. Prdhan attended a core committee meeting of party's 'Vijay Sankalp Sammelan'. Later talking to newsmen Pradhan strongly criticised RJD chief Lalu Prasad reported statement that no upper caste leader could become the Chief Minister of Bihar.
