Congress seeks action against Sharad Yadav

Congress submitted a memorandum to Election Commission seeking strict action against JD-U chief Sharad Yadav for his personal remarks against Rahul Gandhi in Patna on October 27, 2010. The memorandum stated the remarks were aimed at spreading hatred and violated the model code of conduct.
