Bihar CM Nitish Kumar holds first meeting of new cabinet

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar attended the first meeting of his new cabinet in Patna on November 27, 2010. The meeting decided to root out corruption, ensure energy and food security besides giving a push to good governance, law and order, health and education.
