Bihar witnesses 51 per cent turnout in 4th phase of Assembly election

An estimated 51 per cent electorate cast their votes in 42 Assembly seats in Bihar in the fourth phase of Assembly election on November 1, 2010. However, some stray incidents of landmine blast and bomb explosion marked the poll.
