Congress leaders and workers celebrate Diwali in Patna

Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee president Mahboob Ali Kaiser, several other Congress leaders and workers celebrated Diwali in Patna on November 5, 2010. Fireworks were burnt and sweets were distributed to celebrate the occasion.
