Rahul Gandhi in Bachwara

Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi addressed public meeting in Bachwara to seek vote and supports for Congress candidates in Bihar Assembly election on October 30, 2010.

Speaking on the occasion, Rahul Gandhi slammed ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in Bihar on its claim for development. "Biharis are shining , not Bihar", he said.
