A true victory of democracy

It was the victory of democracy in Patna as even physically challenged persons too came out of their house to cast their votes in the fourth phase Bihar Assembly election in Patna on November 1, 2010. However, there was setback in store for some members of the Christan community of St Joseph's Convent as they did not find their names on the voters list despite having the voter's ID cards.
