'Bihar will be a developed and corruption-free state by 2015'

Bihar Governor Debanand Konwar addressed a joint session of the two Houses of the Bihar Assembly in Patna on December 3, 2010. Speaking on the occasion, Governor gave a brief sketch of Nitish Kumar Government's agenda to transform Bihar into a developed and corruption-free state by 2015.

Konwar expressed confidence that the newly constituted Assembly would be successful in building a new Bihar.
