Bihar Governor Debanand Konwar unfurled the Tricolour on the occasion of Republic Day at Gandhi Maidan in Patna on January 26, 2011. The Governor took salute of the march past and felicitated army jawans and officers for distinguished services . He delivered Republic Day speech.
