Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar laid the foundation stone of Institute of Chartered Accounts of India (ICAI) building in Patna on January 28, 2011. Speaking on the occasion, Nitish Kumar urged professional chartered accountants to assist in e-accounting and management of balance sheets and account statements of Panchayati Raj institutions for proper utilization of public money on development and welfare schemes.
