Bhojpuri films scored a half-century this year beginning on February 16, 1961 with the Muhurat of Ganga Maiyea Tohe Piayri Chadeybo" in Patna. To mark the occasion a three-day film fest would be organised in Patna from February 14 to 16. The fest has been organised by Foundation for Media, Culture and Cinema Awareness.
