Former Bihar DGP RR Prasad passes away

Former Bihar Director General of Police and member of state Human Rights Commission RR Prasad died at his residence in Patna on February 6, 2011. The 71-year-old Prasad was suffering from cancer. He is is survived by his wife, a son and three daughters.
