Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi presided over a meeting of the 20-point programme implementation committee in Patna on February 19, 2011. After the meeting Modi told the reporters that all the ad-hoc appointments of doctors and teachers would be stood as cancelled with immediate effect.He said school dress would be distributed to students from March 12 to 14 by organising camps in respective schools.
