Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi inaugurated a national colloquium on "System of Crop Intensification", organised by Jeevika Project in Patna on March 2, 2011. Bihar Rural Development Minister Nitish Mishra was present on the occasion.Delivering the keynote address, Modi said time was ripe for Bihar to steer India's second green revolution.
