Former Bihar Chief Minister Dr Jagannath Mishra released the prospectus of LN Mishra Institute of Economic Development and Social Change in Patna on April 7, 2011. The institute has decided to develop and upgrade its academic and research activities at par with some prestigious institutes of the country.
