Malaysian diplomat meets Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar

Special diplomat of Malaysia Datto S Semiwelly called on the Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar in Patna on April 13, 2011. He praised Kumar for ensuring positive changes in Bihar and expressed willingness to be a partner in the state's development.
