Seminar on 'Women's political reservation and its impact on local administration' held

Bihar Governor Debanand Konwar inaugurated a seminar on "Women's political reservation and its impact on local administration" at Hotel Maurya in Patna on May 10, 2011. Speaking on the occasion, Union Minister Manishankar Aiyar and Rajya Sabha member NK Singh highlighted the need for empowering women for the all round development of the society and the country.
