Bihar CM Nitish Kumar leaves for China







Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar left Patna on June 11, 2011 for New Delhi on his way to China for a goodwill tour. Kumar will study infrastructure development especially in the field of irrigation, rural development and tourism.

The Bihar Chief Minister, with a high-power delegation comprising State Water Resources Minister VK Choudhary, Tourism Minister SK Pinto and Development Commissioner KC Saha will be on “a goodwill mission” as his tour has been finalised by the External Affairs Ministry.

A large number of his party MLAs, MLCs and cabinet ministers reached Patna airport to accord the Bihar Chief Minister a warm send off for China tour.
