BSEB signs loan agreement with PFC

Bihar State Electricity Board (BSEB) signed a loan agreement with Power Finance Corporation (PFC) for setting up two new 250 MW units at Barauni Thermal Power Plant in Patna on July 6, 2011. BSEB chairman PK Rai and PFC additional general manager PK Sinha were present on the occasion.
