Bihar HRD Minister PK Shahi holds Janata Darbar
Bihar HRD Minister PK Shahi held Janata Darbar in Patna on August 10, 2011.
Dear sir welcome back to India I would like to draw your attention towards the unjust with the none aided affiliated inter colleges employees problem as you know these colleges has been established in 1979 under the new education policy in which inter mediate education had been delinted from the degree colleges. it was the idea of late Mr Rajiv Gandhi. but unfortunately it has not been implicated in a proper way.specialty in Bihar during laloo ji;s regime these colleges have been deprived of all facilities.but our honorable chief minister Mr Nitish kumar realized the problem and abolished the none aided education policy in 2008.also granted financial aid to these colleges on result oriented basis. but as there was not clear direction by your department regarding the distribution of amount among the employees.so colleges committees distributed the amount as per their will.teachers working on 2nd post has been deprived of from the aid. I request you to kindly issue a press not that teachers working on 2nd post are also illegible for the amount &2nd post must be sanctioned in each subject. hope you will respond my mail. your early response in this regard shall be highly appreciated thanking you MD AHSAN ALAM
