Lokpal Bill eyewash, says Kejriwal

Talking to reporters in Patna on July 29, 2011, RTI activist Arvind Kejriwal termed the Lokpal Bill approved by the Union Cabinet as an “eyewash” and said it would “patronize” corruption and should be withdrawn. “The Bill approved by the Cabinet betrays the aspirations and expectations of people fighting against corruption,” Kejriwal said.
