Bihar CM Nitish Kumar holds meeting of the planning board

Bihar Chief Minister held a meeting with the officials and members of the state planning board in Patna on September 8, 2011. Addressing the meeting the Chief Minister said 15 per cent of the total area of the state would be developed into green belt.
