Bihar CM Nitish Kumar makes aerial survey of flood-affected areas

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar made an aerial survey of the five flood affected districts of the state on September 11, 2011. Sevarl areas of the five districts Aurangabad, Arwal, Patna, Rohtas and Bhojpur were inundated due to sudden release of 8.39 lakh cusecs of water in Sone river from Bansagar dam in Madhya Pradesh and Rihand dam in Uttar Pradesh.
