Bihar gets President's award for best women literacy rate

President of India, Pratibha Patil, gave away trophy to Bihar Human Resources Department Secretary Anjani Kumar Singh on the occasion of World Literacy Day in New Delhi on September 8, 2011. The award was given to Bihar for attaining best women and general literacy rates in India.
