Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar flagged off Samjho-Sikho (Understand and Learn) van from Patna on September 5, 2011 on the occasion of Teacher's Day. The van will cover rural areas of Bihar under newly launched quality education programme. Bihar HRD Minister PK Shahi was present on the occasion.
