'LK Advani's 'Jan Chetana Yatra' a poll gimmick'

Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) general secretary and Rajya Sabha member Tariq Anwar alleged that LK Advani's 'Jan Chetana Yatra' was nothing to do with corruption. " It is a BJP's gimmick for the polarisation of political forces with an eye on forthcoming assembly elections and 2014 Lok Sabha elections", Anwar said while talking to reporters in Patna on October 9, 2011. Tariq Anwar also felicitated former minister Karuneshwar Singh on his appointment as national secretary of NCP.
