orientation programme for MLAs held in Bihar Assembly

JD(U) national president and MP Sharad Yadav delivered keynote address in the orientation programme organised by Bihar Legislative Assembly in Patna on September 27, 2011. Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi, Leader of Opposition in Bihar Assembly Abdul Bari Siddiqui were present on the occasion. Bihar Legislative Assembly Speaker Uday Narayan Choudhary presided over the function. The orientation programme was organised to provide the MLAs required knowledge of question hour, budget session, parliamentary committee and other related aspects of Assembly proceedings.
