Union Home Secretary RK Singh in Patna

Union Home Secretary RK Singh was in Patna on November 5, 2011. Talking to reporters Singh said Government was contemplating a proposal to construct a 557-km road along Indo-Nepal border in Bihar with twin objectives of promoting trade and commerce between the two countries and improving mobility of forces manning the porous international border.
