Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar inaugurated Rajgir Mahotsav in Rajgir on December 27, 2011. Kumar also released a souvenir on the occasion. Bihar Energy Minister Bijendra Prasad Yadav and Bihar Tourism Minister Sunil Kumar Pintoo were present in the function.
