Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) national general secretary and MP Ram Kripal Yadav expressed his grave concern over the deteriorating law and order situation in Bihar. Talking to reporters in Patna on December 12, 2011, Ram Kripal said the incidents of murder, loot and other nefarious crimes had increased in the last one year. RJD state president Ram Chandra Purve also spoke on the occasion.
