Republic Day celebrated in Patna

Bihar Governor Debanand Konwar unfurled the Tricolour at the historic Gandhi Maidan on the occasion of the 63rd Republic Day in Patna on January 26, 2012. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar his cabinet colleagues and other dignitaries were present in the function. Addressing the function, Governor Konwar said Bihar Government was making all efforts to put the State on growth path, giving special thrust on infrastructure, energy and  agriculture sectors.
