Cycle rally marks Bihar Diwas celebrations
A cycle rally was organised at BMP-5 ground on the eve of Bihar Diwas (Day) in Patna on March 21, 2012. Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi inaugurated the rally. The theme of the rally was 'save fuel and save environment'.
